av98m SG I quite like the flats there.............if by some frikking miscarriage of justice 3rd en-bloc attempt is successful I'll probably buy one.
av98m SG I kinda like this place! (not the price though) http://property.st701.com/properties/view/1677?from=%2Fproperties%2Fresults%2Feb501ba4ef4192759df5204f1421b2f5%2Fpage%3A3%3Ffrom%3D%252Fproperties%252Fsearch%252Fbasic%252Fhdb
the Bear SG nice.. i figure almost any place can be if you get the correct interior designer... the thing is the location i like Clementi Heights.. it's close to everything nice here
av98m SG yeah..I was thinking buying during a property bust, save lots of $$$, and then do it up really nicely, resort style. and then keeping fingers crossed the CB HDB/gahmen will not suddenly decide to tear every fucking thing down
av98m SG but so totally worth it, as you can see but must find a reliable contractor (do these even exist?)
av98m SG I'd like a resort style minimalist design, but will reserve a room I'll call the 'batcave' to house my toys and stereo
Ferret SG if u r talking abt the peek u linkie, its fugly. esp with regards to the furniture and flooring. and what time riaos, still that kind old TV ? and the balcony doors I like the ceiling though.
the Bear SG actually, i would like one with just two rooms, a living room and a kitchen.. the living room must be big enough for a bigass tv so i can attach lots of things to it
the Bear SG i think i'm going to take many half days off to go swimming at the civil serpent club when i'm back at work cool! No Reservations season 3 soon and Samatha Brown is going to Latin America next season
the Bear SG i've watched that Malaysia episode of Bourdain a few times already.. but each time, i am touched by this episode... can't wait for Series 3
Wanda SG Ferret, have you checked out Income's reno loan? I saw a promo booth during the weekend and their promo sign listed 4.04% reno loan or something. And where is Clementi Height?
